Reiki workshop last talked about the five principles of Reiki and gratitude. We talked about how people focus on what they do not have instead of what they have. Focus on the negative rather than positive. Analyze failures and successes surgeons.

A day after meeting one of the students sent me the following:
I am grateful!
Teenage daughter,
Complains about doing the dishes,
Because it means she's in and out on the streets.
I pay taxes,
Because it means I have a job.
Mess right up after the party,
Because it means I was surrounded by friends.
Clothes that are a little too tight,
Because it means I have enough to eat.
My shadow that watches me work,
Because it means I'm out in the sunshine.
Grass needs mowing,
Windows should be clean
And gutters need repair,
Because it means I have a house.
All the complaints I hear about the government,
Because it means we have freedom of speech.
I find parking at the far end of the parking lot,
Because it means I can go
And blessed means of transportation.
I have to give account to pay for heating,
Because it means it is warm to me.
The lady behind me who sang a horrible forgery,
Because it means I can hear.
Pile of clothes that need washing and ironing,
Because it means I have nothing to wear.
Fatigue and aching muscles at the end of the day,
Because it means I was able to work hard.
The alarm bell
In the early morning,
Because it means I am alive.
Finally, too many emails I get,
Because it means I have friends who think of me.
Send it to someone you care about. It's exactly what I did.
Animal properly,
Laughed often,
And loved every note!
I do not know the source section but I am grateful to the author.
And thanks to Ilana that sent him to me ...
